每年都有人传闻哪个月会换题或者出新题，特别是1月3月5月9月份说要出新题，而实际上每一年每个月考出来都是90%旧题。原因是：全世界有6大考区，而只有一个剑桥考试中心几个人在出题，每个考区一周平均要出一份考卷，一个月出24份考卷，考官如何保证达到难度一样呢，如何保证新题难度、准确度和评价机制公平呢，所以只能是20年来的题库旧题目的有效组合，每份雅思考卷90%是旧题目,新题不能超出10%。

雅思口语预测
2018-2019未来几个月的口语几乎不会有比较明显的变化，99%-100%为旧题目，大家按照我下面这些题目准备就99-100%能覆盖中。事实上，雅思口语考试每次绝大部分都是旧题目，都覆盖于Edward 预测里面。雅思口语考试新题目是很少的---一次最多5%，具体落实到各考考区点就更少了。2018年国内外出现的口语新题目和解析我IPN资料会一直汇总更新，大家应该把复习重点放在这些高频率的和近期热点和新话题上面。现将口语考试预测如下。（我们的IPN会员资料有完整原创该预测Part 1-3全部地道答案解析，具体看http://bbs.ieltstofelglobal.com/thread-32-1-1.html）
