因此，指挥家需要投入大量的时间来与乐团来进行排练，要进行精雕细琢。因此，他们对于各种各样演奏的难点，要保持通畅的沟通，以及要进行不停的不同方案的尝试，由此才能构建出一个整体的音响效果。
